Innovating the Joy of Eating for Healthy Ageing (INJOY)

INJOY is for individuals interested in helping Europeans modify eating behaviours to support healthy ageing by finding solutions to problems and paradigms of nutrition. Through scientific sessions, food-innovation workshops, theoretical and practical business sessions, health-based company visits, and influencer talks, students will develop the skills, knowledge and attitudes to identify a business idea, assess the opportunity and develop a sustainable business model to promote healthy living.
