Important dates

  • Application deadline: 27 March 2019

  • Final week: September 2019

The programme

E-Boat provides the practical tools and business development opportunities for start-ups focused on creating mobile health apps and solutions to enhance self-care and self-management. The programme is divided into two phases.

The first phase offers six weeks of a distance learning module, with online training on the principles of universal design, lean methodology and customer development tools.

The second phase is the Cruise Hackathon Formula, two weeks of an intensive and unique business creation sea-trip. Start-ups will validate and pitch their ideas in five Baltic Sea destinations:

  • Stockholm, Sweden
  • Gdansk, Poland,
  • Klaipeda, Lithuania
  • Riga, Latvia
  • Tallinn, Estonia

During the cruise, start-ups will learn, develop their products, identify customers, and meet potential clients and local investors – all under the supervision of IT specialists and universal design mentors.
