Summer School Digital Innovation in Diabetes Care (InnoDiaCare)

About this CAMPUS Summer School: Digital technology has high potential to close the gap between medical knowledge and effectiveness of diabetes management. InnoDiaCare, in partnership with CLOSE, will empower students to develop new business ideas related to realistic care scenarios. We aim to combine the experience of patients and their caregivers with the know-how of industry experts and the inventiveness of students to create novel ideas in diabetes care eligible for follow-up within and beyond EIT Health.

By coming up with new business ideas developed in consultation with patients and other stakeholders, and by partnering with the CLOSE EIT Health Innovation Project connecting to the powerful Air Liquide Healthcare business platform, we will show how implementation of the EIT knowledge triangle makes a real difference for people with diabetes and their supporting environments.

Target Group: The envisaged number of InnoDiaCare students should reach/exceed the level of 36 persons. The InnoDiaCare School welcomes students or graduates (with minimum qualifications of being a second year student of BSc or MSc or equivalent) interested in digital disease management and entrepreneurial development.

When: July 2-8 (MUL); August 28-September 2 (UoC)
